Today is the Day

Today is the Grand Opening of Yoga Birds in Fairhope.  We hope to be the hub of the yoga community in Lower Alabama – Daphne, Mobile, Point Clear, Fairhope, and all of Baldwin County.

Yoga classes are a great way to stay in shape while working on your own mindfullness and awareness of your body.  Individual class price is $15 – or buy an 8 class package for $108.  Gift certificates available.

The boutique is also ready for business.  Yoga Birds carries some clothing lines that are not available anywhere for hundreds of miles.  Please stop by the studio to see what we have in stock.

Grand Opening – Feb. 7

Please mark your calendars for the Grand Opening of Yoga Birds, February 7, 2009.  We will be fully operational, providing yoga and all the good things associated with yoga, such as peace of mind, good physical health, and open hearts to Fairhope, Baldwin County, and the entire Mobile Bay area.

Yoga Day USA a Great Success!

On Saturday, January 24 Yoga Birds offered a free yoga class to the community and received a great response!  Twenty-four people showed up for the class. We are even more optimistic than ever that Yoga Birds will be a great asset to Fairhope, the Eastern Shore, and the entire Mobile Bay region.

Please stay connected to the community by signing up for the eNewsletter.  The Grand Opening will take place on February 7.  We will be offering classes Monday through Saturday, with lessons scheduled all day long.  There will also be some special visiting yoga instructors that will be teaching weekend workshops for you to continue a strong yoga practice and to further find harmony among your mind, body, heart, and spirit.
