Melanie Buffett’s Yoga 201 explores more advanced yoga poses and yoga pose flows with attention to proper form and alignment for maximum safety and benefit. Students should be prepared to work the prepartory poses leading up to handstands at the wall, backbends with straight arms, and arm balance poses.
