New Beginners Yoga Series

2012 is your Year To Start Yoga! Next New Beginner Series starts Jan. 3, 2012. ¬†Sign-up at for this 4-week series dedicated to learning about the practice of yoga in a fun, supportive environment, in which people can find comfort in their body. We’ll work on good alignment principles, learn some breathing and meditation techniques, and begin to explore new postures from the ground up. What’s nice about the series is that it is a great way to commit to practicing and learning, which can be hard if you are just starting out. It also always feels good to be in a room with other people around your same level and feel the support and encouragement of each other. Due to the progressive learning nature of the series, there are no drop-ins admitted. 4 sessions over 4 weeks. $35
