This quality or attitude of pratyahara transforms the vigorous physical practice of Hatha Flow into an internalized moving meditation. Melanie Buffett, RYT will lead this slow flowing class. It will begin with music and gradually move toward silence and darkness, allowing you to go deeper and take your practice inward. Explore your practice on a more sublime, subtle level.
